I read this book in 1972 and have followed the tips for nearly forty years. I still get come-ons from very young people (some dangerously young - good thing I have self-control).
The advice about not eating chocolate before noon has saved me a fortune in cold remedies and I truly KICK myself every time I forget to follow the advice and spend the next week sniffling and coughing, etc.
This is a great book - still!!
