Good Health Low-Fat Low-Sodium Clay Pot Cookbook
This is an excellent book. I have had my clay baker for years but I lost the cookbook. Now that I have this cookbook, I will be using the clay baker a lot more.

Book has all kinds of recipes, but not what I was looking for. I'll have to try a few more to determine the worth of the purchase.
