The recipes I've made thus far make delicious pasta dishes with ingredients that most kitchens have "in stock". They make dinner seem gourmet & special without killing the cook getting it to the table. There are big, beautiful photos of almost a third of the dishes too.

The best recommendation I can give is to say that I would give this cookbook as a gift -- And I will!
