I saw this book in a doctor's office. It had a wow factor. What I received is a second or third edition and it really did not have the recipes that I was hoping for. I am a bit disappointed.

Format: Hardcover
I love this book. I am not an very good cook but I like fresh healthy meals. This book has it all. Whether you are eating a lower carb diet, low fat diet or (like me) just trying to eat better, this is a great book. I checked it out from the library originally and we were hooked. Now it is part of our menu plan.
