I did not expect anything new or different from this video - I thought it might serve well for the purpose of breaking the monotony of using the same video again and again. But surprisingly enough - the moves are a little bit different - and reasonably strenuous(you can of course use heavier weights to make it more challenging). There is significant focus on the lower abs - which most abs work outs leave out. The only complaint I may have is that the work out is too short - it finishes too quickly(and hence too easily).
