We have more books for our 2-year-old daughter than we know what to do with, but this one is her favorite and ours too. Beautifully illustrated, very well-written. A must-have for any young child that's ever spent time at the beach.

My husband and I enjoy reading this book to our infant at night. It has wonderful vocabulary and illustrations. We live in south Florida so, the beach is a place we spend alot of time at.

Are family loves the beach and Ocean and this book my kids love. We read over and over throughout the year. Get this one.

We don't live anywhere near the beach, but we vacationed there this summer. I wanted my son to have a bedtime book to remind him of our trip and what is was like to visit the ocean. This wonderful story goes through a full day of adventures one would have on a beach vacation. The pictures are colorful and we enjoy it as much as our son. It has been a wonderful addition to our bedtime story collection.

I took this book new when we went on our first beach vacation. My 2 year old twins looooved it because it reflected EXACTLY what they had done and seen that day. Pictures were very nice (people did look a little weird on some pages - they kept trying to figure out who was a baby and who was a grownup) and it is pleasant to read.
