S. Valentine King resides in Miami Florida and lives to snorkel.
At Austin Peay State University, she captured a Creative Writing scholarship and worked for the literary magazine, Zone 3. The Good Parts is King's second book of poetry. She is currently working on her first novel, The Hope Chest.

S. Valentine King (1975) considered "the baby that could", was born in a small-town Iowa county hospital amid of world of "shouldn't" and "couldn'ts". Valentine's first book "The Good Parts" was published in 2005. Valentine continues to work in the spare moments of life to create future sultry stories, terrific tales and pleasurable poems.

64 pages of passionate poetry. 41 poems of pure pleasure, which equates to less than 35 cents per poem. Huge value and as they say, "more bang for your buck." After Valentine reads her poetry to groups of women, it has been said that the seats are slick and mops are needed. This book is a must-read and more importantly meant to be shared with someone special.

Extremely stimulating pages of none stop reading! Once I started reading, it was impossible to put the book down! I just wish the author would have written more books. I was seriously disappointed when I searched for more of her work and was unable to find anything else. This is a must have for anyone... Amazing words!
