The information the author puts forth in this book is a great philosophy for living one's life. I suspect readers who are not well versed in Buddism or other ancient philosophy will think the authors message was completely of divine inspiration--but there is not one orginal thought in the whole book. Every idea brought forth in the book is based on some aspect of ancient Buddism, shaman/meditative practice, or doomsday show seen on cable TV. That being said, the messages the author wants to convey are quite profound. It is a worthwhile read just to think a bit deeper/more philosophically about the way the reader lives their life.
This book could have benefitted from a bit more editing. This book reads like a rough draft copy, and sometimes the messages get lost in the poor writing, which is a shame since I believe the author's messages are of importance. This book is a snapshot of new-age spiritualism that future generations will be able to discuss how the people of the 21st century viewed God.
I recommend the book to read for it's message, but I can't give it a five-star rating due to it's writing style. Hopefully an edited and rewritten edition is in the works.

Llyn Roberts, through the channeling of Universal thought helps us to "remember" our true essence. This book is a gentle calling to awaken to our present circumstances on planet earth and an easy to grasp "How-To" manual in choosing higher consciousness. It is an excellent choice for those who want to not only discover the secrets for inner peace, but to discover how to "BE" inner peace.

The Good Remembering is a quick read that touches deep into a person heart and soul, thought provoking and life changing, a must read for all.

I found reading this book to reinforce the continuing persistence of my spirit to grow and expand. I feel lucky to be living in these times!
