5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious Dressing
I don't like bottled dressing at all, so with these packets I use balsalmic vinegar and it turns out as good as you'd get served in a restaurant.

2.0 out of 5 stars Salad Dressing
The salad dressing, itself is fine. The delivery was late.
I am a prime member. This took seven days to get to me.
Will not order again.

I use garlic wine vinegar and half vegetable oil and olive oil, which makes it delicious! You can also put this into hamburger patties when you make your own, adding great flavor to that as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Simple & Fast Classic!, June 7, 2010

This is one of the great classics. My dinner guests often ask me what my salad dressing is (when I serve Italian dressing) & are surprised @ my reply, especially those who've never tried it. I like to make it with balsamic vinegar for an even better taste. It's also great when added to meatloaf and/or burger recipes or tossed on lightly oil-coated veggies for the grill. NOTE: you must decide how much you like to use for these suggestions. Sometimes we even halve an avacado and fill the cavity with this dressing (so as to eat with a spoon like one would a melon) and use that as our "salad". So worth it. Give it a try!

This dressing is great! I find that red wine vinegar and regular vegtable oil works out the best, it is similar to a house dressing at your favorite Italian restaurant.

Hola, by purchasing this product and mixing two of these with one of the Fat Free version (also purchased via Amazon) creates 3 carafes of fat free dressing. One package of Fat Free costs more than $4 on sale at supermarket. Web purchase drops overall cost to under $2. Then when merged with the two regular packets (average cost now under $1) has reduced our average cost of making the Fat Free dressing from over $4 to just over $1 per carafes. That is HUGE.

This merchant and the product are top notch, no worries doing business with these folks any time.

Best salad dressing ever with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Also great on cooked greens or drizzled on red potatoes and omelettes.

We always have a bottle of this dressing prepared. Made with good olive oil and vinegars it is the best. It can also be used as a marinade. Amazon offers the best price around.
