This is a great spray to have on hand especially in the spring and fall. With the changes in the weather it really seems to wreak havoc with my sinuses and this is something I can count on to help. it's easy to use and doesn't have a terribly bad smell like so many nasal sprays do.

I've had a problem with nasal congestion all my life and have developed various ways of coping with my problem. This nasal spray is one of them that when used occasionally really does help. There is a danger to this product and that is associated with too much use; one can develop a reaction to the medication which will actually result in a stuffy nose.

When used in moderation it does a good job. I've found that one spray in each nostril will do the trick for me and let me sleep the entire night with no congestion problems. I try to alternate it with nasal strips so as to avoid the reaction problem.

A good product when used with restraint.

I like this a lot. It clears me up and wakes up my nasal passages. It has quite a combination of winning ingredients that have worked well for me in other products such as oxymetazoline, benzyl alcohol, camphor, menthol and eucalyptol. I absolutely recommend this product.

With the same active ingredient as Afrin, this spray provides prompt relief for congestion caused by colds or allergies. It has been a tough allergy season. I have experienced significantly more sinus headaches and congestion than usual. I am not crazy about using non-natural solutions but there are times when it is necessary. I enjoyed prompt and fairly long lasting relief from this product. It did not taste as noxious as some and I was impressed by its speed. Nasal sprays can be addictive so it is best to use with caution Don't administer more than twice a day and limit use to three days max. It is great to have on hand for when congestion becomes unbearable. Recommended.

This spray does pretty much what it says it will do. My nose and sinuses were blocked as they usually are this time of year, and after spraying each nostril twice I soon was able to easily breathe through my nose. It was a little strong and I kept swallowing if for about an hour afterwards but it didn't make me sick.

I would recommend using this product on occasion, but I would definitely NOT make a habit of using it. I have been told by ENTs that prolonged use of these types of products actually make the problem worse, not better. They say a saline and water solution work best. But when you have an occasional clogged nose/sinuses, this seems to work pretty well.

When I've gone to the doctor for colds the last two years, my blood pressure has been high. I've never had that happen before, but they explained that over the counter decongestants can sometimes have that side-effect. The doctors prescribed Flonase instead and it worked wonderfully without raising my blood pressure. You squirt the Flonase into each nostril and that's it.

Given that you must have a prescription for Flonase, I hoped that the Good Sense Nasal Spray Sinus would be a viable alternative for me. I have used it a couple of times now for congestion due to allergies and again this week when I had some congestion from a cold. I think it worked OK as a decongestant, but I don't plan to buy this anytime in the future. The applicator was just not easy or comfortable. Where the Flonase simply inserts upright into your nostril and is easily pumped to release a dose, the Good Sense Nasal Spray is clumsy, with a foul tasting liquid going up my nose into my throat.

I'd rather go to the doctor or the clinic to get a prescription for Flonase than to try the Good Sense Nasal Spray again.

I'm one of many people who endure frequent recurrences of rhinitis and/or sinusitis. My nasal passages are sensitive. They become blocked from environmental exposures to ambient air in many settings. Particularly vexing, they also can become blocked from air conditioning, or from outdoor air coming into a bedroom. The latter can disrupt sleep patterns.

As a result, I've used a number of nasal sprays over the years, giving me some basis for comparative evaluation.

I administered the Good Sense Sinus nasal spray shortly before bedtime last night. I was somewhat blocked, and the relief was immediate. I did not experience burning in the nasal passages or throat that result from some nasal sprays.

I slept very well; I awoke with air passages still clear.

The spray continued to work through the following morning, toward the 12 hours advertised.

A few factors for context:

--my usage was not related to a cold or a sinus infection.

--continuous usage of this nasal spray, as with others with its active ingredient, Oxymetazoline, may occasion continuous blockage from inflamed passages. This is the same as with Afrin, Dristan, Dimetapp, Mucinex Full Force, Sudafed OM, Vicks Sinex, and Zicam.

--lower price is a major selling point for what is, essentially, a commodity.

In my experience and observation, rhinitis and sinusitis are highly individualized reactions to specific environmental triggers. So, too, people respond in different ways. As the EPA says for context in its gasoline ratings for automobiles: Your mileage may vary.

Good Sense Sinus nasal spray has worked well for me. On that basis I recommend it highly for your consideration.
