so many crap bands, so few great bands, not sure where these guys will go to, everyone says the top but who knows, but for the moment they're easily one of the best british bands and therefore one of the best bands in the world. give em ya money, you could do far worse.

First of all, this kind of music wasn't really my thing, coming from a fusion/soul background. But during Lowlands I was strolling around when I was suddenly struck by the sound of this band. I immediately fell for their great performance and musicianship. Often, in this kind of musicstyle I hear a lot of [junk].(perhaps that's why I didn't like it in the first place). But Starsailor is DEFINITELY worth listening to. MAGIC!

I am a huge van morrisson fan. while wandering around the internet I came across a cover of "the way young lovers do," written by van morrison by starsailor. without ever listening to starsailor i downloaded the track for the hell of it. their cover actually turns out to be a better version of the song than the original and that is saying alot because van's original is amazing. this is by far the starsailor recording. it is too bad that they didn;t put it on an album because it deserves to be....

I first listened to them live at Jools Holland's on BBC. It's not easy to listen such a band nowadays. Perfect harmonies, uplifting melodies, good musicianship and self confidence...they seem got quite everything what a unique band should have. go buy it, it's surely worth your money...
