This cd is one of the best r&b cd's I've heard in a long time. Wendell's smooth vocals remind you of why he's called the baladeer of the millenium. Track after track is enjoyable. My personal favorite was track 11, Just don't understand you. I think I listened to it 4 times straight. I would recommend this to anyone who misses real r&b. This is an example of what R&b was meant to be.

When I heard Heaven Sent Me an Angel on the radio, I had to know this artist and quickly ordered the CD. I'm loving the whole thing; can't just pick one song. Though, Wendell could be the next Barry White, he has his own unique style. Looking and waiting for me from this artist.

This was a mellow but also up beat. For all the females that I have turned on to this they love it. I'm going to buy his last one to.

While neither as powerful nor as intoxicating as his debut CD (1998's "Make It Good For Ya") this CD by Wendell Brown has much to recommend it. The absolutely sublime ballads "Heaven Sent Me An Angel", "I Just Don't Understand You", "Should We Break Up?" and "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love" (the latter is NOT a remake of the classic Barry White hit) are all throwbacks to the golden era of Soul and should make this CD an essential purchase for any fan of real and heartfelt Soul vocals. There are a few tracks which (unfortunately) have both guest rappers and Hip-Hop influences and undertones which (if you ask me) are truly pointless but this CD does offer (for the most part) irrefutable proof that Wendell is one of the very best male R&B singers of our time.

Let me start by saying a friend of mine introduced me to this guy. His voice can touch the soul. This is a beautiful album. My favortite tracks are 11. 'Just Don't Understand You',13.'Should We Break Up',5.'Anything' & 9.'Heaven Sent Me An Angel'. Cop it. You won't be let down.

a must have r & b cd ...this cd is very nice and check out some more of his cds . i heard this one from a friend and bought it and then bought 3 more of his cds ...they are hot , nice riden cds..if you like old & new r&b then you'll love this cd..so try it

ON time and in excellent condition. Only thing is the case was in pieces but other than that everything was great!

Wendell has a great voice but, the songwriting is a little sallow.. does not do him much justice. This guy has the potencial to be a very high caliber singer. The cd was ok but not one that left a lasting impression

A must have for lovers and mellow sounds. Wendell could be the "new" Luther Vandross. His voice is smooth, rich and he knows how to work a note. I advise anyone to add this to their library.

I heard this artist on an internet radio station and was instantly pleased. I brought the cd and I cant stop listening to it. He has a wonderful voice and I cant wait for the next cd. If you like smooth r&b artist, Wendell B is the man.
