Mike Shannon is the founder and editor-in-chief of Spitball: The Literary Baseball Magazine and the author of more than a dozen baseball books, including Willie Mays: Art in the Outfield; Everything Happens in Chillicothe: A Summer in the Frontier League with Max McLeary, the One-Eyed Umpire; and the best-selling Tales from the Dugout series. Mike also writes a monthly column on Reds collectibles for Reds Report.
