This is a really nice hose. It is very heavy walled, which will hold 300 PSI and also resists kinking better than lightweight hoses. It is quite flexible which makes it easy to postion without cramping your work style. The ends require 1/4" NPT fittings. I like the orange color - it stays bright and easy to see when it's strung accross the floor.

If you are looking for a durable, heavy-duty hose, here it is.

I like mine , the color is a bonus.
I dont use this type in cold weather as it gets too stiff. In the cold I use rubber.This is why I rated 3 stars .

Overall very good hose. Tough and visiable so there is no excuse for running over it with the bush hog. It can be hard to coil particularly in cold weather. That's why 4 stars not 5.

This hose is very flexible and did not kink when I used it a number of times. It is light yet durable. Highly recommended.

I have 3 50 ft. yellow rubber Goodyear hoses, but wanted a shorty for my portable compressor. The first time I hooked this up, it blew one of the ends off...turns out the crimp collar to hold the fitting to the hose was never put on one end. Amazin' Amazon replaced it, no problem, but it's still an extra trip to the post office to return it. Anyway, it's a decent inexpensive hose, but a little stiffer than the rubber ones. Fills the bill for portability.

I was looking for an air compressor hose that does not recoil, and I think that I found it, and at very good price. The one that I have now, recoils, but it is soooo...tight that when I try to stretch it to reach my car tires, it drags on the floor my 4 gallon compressor with it. For me, 25 feet and not recoiling is not a problem, as I can easily hang it on the wall near to the compressor.

I see all the good reviews on this hose, but my experience was not pleasant.
I can only assume that mine was defective, with a built-in permanent twist.

It was very aggravating because I cannot coil this hose up for storage or to hang it on the wall - regardless if it's under air pressure or not. All my previous air hoses did not have this problem. I can coil them up easily for transport or storage.

I really like the bright orange color and the hose seems very tough. Rather than return or trash it, I cut it's length short and now I'm using it as a feeder hose from my compressor to an air hose cord reel.

Again, maybe my hose was defective, so it might be a good idea for you to check and inspect yours upon delivery.

I read some of the other reviews and none of them apply to the hose that I received. It was packaged fine and is plenty flexible. I have no problems coiling the hose to hang on the garage wall and it is perfect.

I bought two last month and liked them so much I am grabbing annother for my shop. They are more flexible than others I have in the same price range. As far as durability only time will tell.You just can't beat the price especially with the free ship.

It is a solid hose and I really like it. My other goodyear "garden hose" as other people call this type of hose, is a 100' so it if quite heavy but also very durable and easy to use.
