About the Author

Born in India, Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad has made California her home since 1976. In an effort to solve her personal health problems suffered since childhood, and to help others with similar problems, she conducted research in the U.S. over the past fifteen years resulting in the development of a new and effective approach known as Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques(Naet), for diagnosis and treatment of allergies of all types.

She has pointed the way to perfect health by combining many methods and techniques form different disciplines of medicine including Allopathic, Kinesiology, Chiropractic, and Oriental Medical procedures of Acupuncture and Acupressure. Dr. Nambudripad has received extensive training in each of these fields, both in the United States and in the Orient.

To date, thousands of patients who could not find relief elsewhere have been successfully treated for both food and environmental allergies by NAET. Dr. Nambudripad conducts training seminars regularly in NAET open to currently licensed medical practitioners. She has trained over two thousand medical professionals in her special procedure on permanent allergy elimination. Most of these doctors practice in the United States, a few in Europe, Canada, Israel, Asia and Australia.

My children suffered from many food allergies. Our lives were on a standstill before we found out about NAET. Now after treating all known food and environmental allergies, we have our lives back. we go out to restaurants regularly. I don't have to read the fine labels on the products anymore when I shop in the super market. We can go camping, to the mountains, to the ocean without any trace of our past problems. Thank you Dr. Devi for writing and publishing this book.

When my son and I first started receiving NAET treatments, we were going to a practitioner that didn't get us all the way clear, but we saw enough change to know that there was definately something to it. I have since switched to a different practitioner, one who does percentages - this makes all the difference in the world!! She is also an RN, so is more familiar with severe allergic reactions, and I trust her more. You may get a strong muscle test reading when you are at least 50% clear on something, but you may still have problems with the item until you get at least 70% or more clear. My practitioner treats to 100% on all items, and we are so much better now. I have also learned how to do a lot of it myself at home, which has sped up the process. My 8 yr old son who has been homeschooled his whole life due to his severe food allergies, some he could not even touch... is now enrolled to attend a charter school this coming fall. This has been an answer to prayer for us in a major way! It works, if you get the right practitioner. We were better on somethings, and worse on others until we found someone who would get us all the way clear on the allergens we had. My son has been able to re-introduce apples, chicken, watermelon, oranges, salad, vingar, many other foods, and even some candy for the holidays. He used to get welts when cat hair even touched him, but was able to play with a cat for over 20 minutes the other day with no reaction what so ever. After we treated him for local pollens and such, his eczema on his legs that he has had festering for over 5 years is now gone! His asthma is much better as well. We are thrilled! Don't give up, keep trying, and find a good practitioner who knows how to treat you to 100% clear. We are not done getting treatments, but we are well on our way to complete recovery, thank God!

Although the book won't teach you how to get rid of food allergies it's a great resource for anyone who is or is thinking about getting rid of their child's allergies through NAET. The book is full of case studies that helped me see the not so obvious ways that my son's allergies where manifesting themselves. My son was allergic to soy, garlic, tomatoes, celery, bananas plus a whole lot of other things. The thought of eating in a restaurant was just a dream for our family. After being treated using Dr. Devi's technique we are cured and go out to restaurants all the time without any allergic reactions. Buy this book...
