From age 25, I suffered migraines so bad vomiting was a given.

75mg Demerol/25mg Phenergan was the only cure. Then a co-worker got addicted to prescription drugs and spiraled down and I refused to take Demerol any longer. Topamax, Imitrex, Fioricet, Toradol, Midrin, etc., I tried them all. Some worked/some didn't and any pills dissolved too slowly to do much good and my stomach rejected them. I was given injection Imitrex and suppository Phenergan to take home but could not force myself to use them so suffering or an injection from my physician was the choice. MRI's and CAT scans revealed nothing but healed bone damage and vitamins and a fortune spent at health food stores did not stop the at least once or twice a month crippling headaches.

Then, my aunt gave me a box of Goodies and told me to take one with a small glass of room temperature water at the very first sign of a headache. IT WORKED! As long as I took it at the very first sign and was very still (moving around not an option as it upset my head/stomach anyway), the already dissolved Goodies was able to enter my system and stop the headache/migraine before the Goodies irritated my stomach and was rejected. BC powders do not work for some reason but Goodies do.

My medicine cabinet is now empty of ALL prescription drugs and the only OTC items in it are Goodies (migraines), Neosporin (cuts,abrasions) and Aleve (The BEST for occasional back pain/knee pain NOTE: They have orange flavored also.

Goody's headachce powders are the fastest working pain relievers I've ever found. Within three to five minutes as a matter of fact. All the other pill type pain relievers take an hour to become effective.

I believe that Goody's goes to work fast because it is in powder form and is therefore much faster to dissolve and get moving into your system. Pills, especially coated ones, take many times longer to dissolve.

Chemists know about such things, and that's what I am: a chemist.

I have used Goody's Powders for a long time. They are the most effective over the counter product. I no longer can get the 50 count boxes where I live so finding your deal for them was great! Thank you.

I originally started using Goody's powders because I was big on using products that were sponsors in NASCAR. After I started using them and realized what a great product they are I haven't had the need for any other headache medicines. I frequently have severe headaches and this is quick relief! I actually enjoy the powders, the taste has grown on me.

As another reviewer stated, it is getting next to impossible to purchase Goody's in my area as well (Northern VA), I bought the last 10 boxes from my local Target on clearance - 60% off. I am VERY glad that I have found this on Amazon, though the price is slightly higher than I'm used to.

The only thing I've found to relieve my headaches, and body aches. I've recommended it to others. In fact my friend won't buy them but she makes sure she gets one or more from me when we see eachother.

Years ago, my brother gave me a packet of Goody's when I was down in Kentucky visiting him. It worked wonders at the time.

A couple years ago, I found that drugstores/groceries here in Michigan started carrying big old boxes of it!! I am in heaven.

Goody's is basically a crushed up Excedrin. It has the same drugs, however, because it is in powder form, it's affects are quick and sudden- Like a rush of pain relief (and it feels like that too... Ahh.) I shipped this down to my sister who couldn't find it and found that it was cheaper on here than at the store. She gets migraines and was starting to get a little frustrated at the lack of efficacy with the prescription drug she had been taking.

I have Migraines as well, but I am lucky that there are symptoms (light flashes, and numbness in my hands) that present a lot earlier than the pain. If I take something at the first sign of those symptoms, I can likely eliminate the headache part altogether. This is the something that works every time. The relief even takes away my nausea. It's quite palpable.

I have also taken it the morning after overindulgence and have found it to be equally effective.

Warning though, it doesn't taste good. I usually chase it with some water right away, but if you get the dust in your throat and cough, you can end up with a half dose, and that isn't nearly as effective.

I have also used their PM formula for body aches and pains and found it to be just as wonderful.

I like using this with Diet Orange Crush. I can swallow it that way. Works fast. If you use the PM version, be prepared to stay in and go to bed within half an hour.

Goody's powders will stop most minor aches and pains and even some headaches that other powders do not. But a word of caution. I used Goodys for aches and pains and headaches for several months. At my semi annual check-ups the doctor noticed a rise in my liver enzymes that he could not account for. I quit the Goodys and switched to BCs and Stanbacks and the enzymes went back to normal. This is just a caution; you may not react at all to the Goodys.

I like that I can buy in volume and at a great price. Of course I wouldn't buy them in large quantities if they didn't work.

Goody's a miracle product that would be HUGE! I have had friends (myself as well) that have had Migranes. We had tried everything. Goody's got rid of those.

Also, Goody's works really fast. I feel relief within a minute. It is a powder. And its in little bag-like wax packages. It tastes real bad. But the taste only lasts a few seconds. We sure to have water handy as you want to wash it right down.

I have heard a lot of people say amazing things about this and never heard a bad word.

Sadly, I moved to Michigan, from North Carolina. I have to buy it online, but it is worth it. In fact, I borrowed a bag to my friend and she mail ordered some.
