1.0 out of 5 stars Awful
This book contains only minimal useful information. It's printed using huge letters, the layout of the book is often broken and the often useless screenshots take a lot of space.

It does NOT contain 150 killer tips. They are just not there. It's more like AdWords manual. Read the AdWords help for free online and get another book.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy, January 25, 2008

I agree with a previous reviewer. Do yourself a favor and click on "Look inside" and you will see how shallow and general this book is.

My local bookstore can't even order it for me to thumb through physically. No real-life author either. These aspects made me suspicious.

Some sections are a complete waste. For example, do I need a book
to tell me how to update my google customer account/billing information?

The title of this book I have concluded is sensational and without merit.
No additional insight really. The other positive reviews are very likely fabricated by the author.

BottleTree books is wise to have an LLC, because this book is quite deceptive.

The book is pretty thorough. However, If you are not some what familiar with AdWords or SEO, the information may be a bit overwhelming or confusing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Read and Re-read This Absolute AdWords Book!, June 7, 2006
This review is from: Google Advertising Guerrilla Tactics: Google Advertising A-Z Plus 150 Killer AdWords Tips & Tricks (Paperback)
There is great attention to detail in this book. It has about 20 pages just on keyword positioning within your ad, punctuation and capitalization. Learn how to cram the most keywords in your ad without overkill. There's another 20 pages on the top keywords for almost every holiday (even Boxing Day). The Image Ad section rocks, with focus on what colors work on the Web. Little tips are shown like how to search trademarks for free online and even reminders like spellcheck usage before putting text in a new ad. Key hyperlinks are provided throughout. This book sweats the small stuff and that's what you need to leapfrog the competition. The formating is perfect in this book and highly recommended.
