I have been doing Internet marketing for over 9 years and this book has all the tips and tricks that I would tell people, plus some new ones I did not know.

Having developed several e-commerce sites myself with sales of multi millions of dollars over the past couple years, I am recommending this book for anyone that is even curious because it has all the right stuff.

Mr. Brown's layout and style made the book very easy to read quickly and to keep for reference. Bigger fonts and good use of white space made my eyes very happy.

Now I am going to have to go back and look at Bruce's other books too.

Bruce C. Brown's GOOGLE INCOME packs in chapters of advice on understanding how Google works and how its ad capabilities can generate revenue. From how to best market a business using these tools to understanding common mistakes that can hurt selling and marketing approaches, GOOGLE INCOME is a fine addition to both business and computer collections and general-interest libraries.

I really wish this book had been available a few years ago when I started looking into the possibilities of online marketing, or even more recently, when I was attempting a job-related search engine optimization campaign. It would have saved days of research and the expense of hiring an SEO expert.

This book covers everything from setting up your online business for maximum Google exposure to making money by hosting AdSense ads on your site. To say it's thorough is like saying Mt. Everest is large.

Fortunately, it's laid out in easy-to-navigate sections, breaks the information down into logical steps and is filled with links to online resources, interviews with experts and explanations of everything involved with the sometimes baffling world of internet marketing. I'll be going back to this one again and again.

This is the book for anyone planning or beginning to do business online. Bruce Brown literally covers everything from A to Z in using google as an effective tool to insure a profitable online business. He is the author of 8 books related to multiple aspects of the Internet that have now become an integral part of doing business in America and the world. In a word, he knows what he is talking about.

Brown writes clearly, simply, and concisely, The author walks the reader step by step through the process of using Google and all that is necessary to become a Google master. He provides numerous, helpful references or recommended reading, e-books, and websites that assist the entrepreneur in quickly getting started. Chapter by chapter the beginner is educated to all that must be known to take advantage of Google's business potential.

Advertising: getting information to the right people, at the right time, at a good price about your product or service is fundamental in generating profits. Google is a phenomenal means for doing that. And Bruce Brown tells you how to do it as well as how to avoid the pitfalls. It's a must read book for anyone who wants to know how to effectively use Google as a business tool in creating an online business.

This is a terrific book for those who have no knowledge of Google, to those who just want to sharpen what they do know. As a senior manager for a full service advertising agency, this book was extremely helpful and provided tips on everything from PR, to blogging, to SEO and AdWords. I was able to confirm much of what I have learned over the years about Google and was able to expand my knowledge as well. My SEO director was just talking to me about Google Base and now I can have an intelligent conversation about how to strategically apply this for our customers.

I enjoyed the way the book was organized - each chapter dealing with a specific discipline so that you can go back and reference areas you found interesting or skip ahead when something doesn't apply to what you are working on now. I also enjoyed the interviews at the end - but I have to admit that they all started to sound the same after a while and I found myself skipping ahead. I'm sure the author would get a giggle out of how many post-its are hanging off the pages now - this will continue to be a useful resource tool for me going forward as I return again and again to access the helpful links and references.

I commend the author for compiling this information into a book. He obviously put a great deal of time and effort into publishing the work. It was however, the first book I've ever returned to Amazon.

If you don't know what a Google Ad is, you might find this helpful. However, I found most of the content simply a re-hash of what you'll find when setting up a Google AdWords or AdSense account. I did look hard for some nuggets and was expecting more from the title. Many of the topics were repeated over and over again, making it difficult to follow. For me, it did not read like a thoughtful guide containing real world 'how-to' information coming from the author. The choice of stock photos also added to my feeling that this was thrown together to look appealing, without real unique substance.

I felt this was a 100,000 foot view with little to help those that have at least some experience with the Internet. There are better choices out there for this type of information.
