This is a great book! It tells you about a 185 day goose hunting trip that started in Churchill, Manitoba, goes to Southern Manitoba, on to Southeast Texas and ends in Beatrice, Nebraska. He missed hunting 6 days out of 191 because of travel. Shame, shame! The book is well written, as usual and does a lot of explaining the different terrains, hunting styles, methods of using different equipment and harvests. When I get "hunting withdrawal" I pick up the book and read it again. I would recommend all books by Dennis Hunt. This guy knows what he is talking about.

This is an average book in a subject matter that does not have too many titles to choose from. His style of writing is rather conversational and the book is filled with stories that do not add much to the topic.
