This was a great movie! It's about the O'Dells, whose dad used to be a ventroloquist and now owns a large amount of dummies in the attic. He brought home Slappy, who the didn;t know had two previous encounters with his owners. Zane, Trina and Daniel's cousin come to visit for three days. Last summer Trina and Daniel scared the skin off of Zane so he decides to get his revenge. First the dummy 'Rocky' appears with a goalie/Jason mask on in Zanes room, in which the parents blame Trina and Daniel, i wont spoil the rest.........

Great! Well done to all the actors. The story wasexcellent,Slappy was scary, the dummies were freaky and scary. Some ofit left me thinking, how DID they get the dummy in the water freshner. I just loved Slappy, he's awesome, scary and funny. I hated Zane, though. Just like the book, thats the way I really like it. I also recommend The Haunted Mask 1 and 2, Night Of The Living Dummy 2. A definite buy for all GOOSEBUMPS fans.

This would have to be my favorite Goosebumps movie yet, and i've seen a lot of the movies. But what I don't get is that in the movies slappy has red hair and eyebrows, but in the books he has black hair and eyebrows. And what I also don't get is that Night of the living dummy 3 and Bride of the living dummy don't go together. Because in Night of the livng dummy 3 Slappy gets shocked by lightning and explodes, but in Bride of the living dummy he's completeley unharmed. I liked the part on Night of the living dummy 3 at the end when Rocky the dummy beats up Slappy and throws him out the window. So the movie is great, funny, and scary. best Goosebumps yet....
This movie is hilarious but kind of scary. Mostly funny though and it's goosebump's best. Very suspenseful for first time watchers. Read more

Living Dummy 3
This movie is very good, but if you repeat watching it, you'll notice it's boring. Yes, this movie has a horrible novelty factor -- it gets old. It's mildly scarry.

slappy's scartastic

Not scary at all
People think these goosebumps episodes are scary, but the truth is they are very boring ... Not just this one, all of them. I doubt this could even scare a five year old. Read more
