Gordon Ramsay's Maze is a book you'll just want to relax and enjoy.
The photos in the book will stir up your appetite.
Gordon Ramsey keeps his restaurant somewhat simple, but many of the recipees are pretty different and exotic.
It makes me want to go straight to his restaurant and just watch and taste to my heart's desire.
This book is a must have.If you are a fan of Gordon Ramsay, you need to get this book. Everything sumptuous and simple,but really most I wouldn't dare tackle in my own kitchen.

One word to start with, "amazing!". It became my favorite chef Ramsay's book. Great presentation of dishes and very sophisticated recipes. It's been a while since they published this cooking book but the style of the dishes in this book feels still very up to date. I bought it after I borrowed it from a library. I just fell in love with this. The recipes have a good depth in them. Whoever wants to try a serious cooking at home or if you are a professional chef and collect reference cooking books, this is one for you. I hope this helps. Thanks!
