Although I do like this book, it's not as good as some of the other books of Gordon Ramsay's that I have. I find that some of them are more upscale recipes that I will probably never make. I love his books "Cooking for Friends", "Sunday Lunch" and "Healthy Cooking". They are more down-to-earth recipes that I use a lot.

Gordon Ramsay's World Kitchen is fun and full of classic recipes from, well, around the world. Complete with helpful techniques for all of your favorites from dolmades to dumplings. For those with a slight crush on the coveted chef, it has plenty of him too. Dinner and desert just got even more hot.

From Italian and Chinese to French foods, this offers chef Gordan Ramsay's interpretations of favorite dishes from cuisines and cultures around the world. From starters to main dishes and desserts, this also shows how to use special cooking techniques, from making Chinese dumplings to samosas, and provides fine insights into ingredients and their uses. Any library catering to serious cooks will welcome this latest Ramsay classic.

There are an assortment of AWESOME Recipes in here from EVERYWHERE. You definitely have to have an adventurous palette to cook through this entire book. I loved it, very cool and easy to make.
