Sculpted bands run horizontally around the bowl's high sides to provide an easy-to-grip surface for the chef while mixing. The user-friendly bowl adapts for freezer, dishwasher, and microwave use, and can also sustain oven temperatures up to 482 degrees F. To preserve the bowl's efficacy, avoid the use of abrasives while cleaning the bowl. For tidy storage, the bowl nests in other pieces from Ramsay's bakeware line.
