To preserve the dish's efficacy, avoid dramatic temperature changes and the use of abrasives in cleaning. Do not heat the pie dish while empty, or expose to open flame cooking. Wonderful to bake in. Great looking. High quality. My cornbread came out perfect. Easy to grip and clean up is a breeze.
