This calendar is melancholy bliss, which will bring a smile to any goth! The variety is nice, too -- the mix of drawings from different publications and in different stages of completeness (i.e., not all of them have captions).

Gorey's art and wit are positively wonderful. Couldn't find a better calendar with one great picture for everyday of the year. We sincerely hope there will be a new edition every year!

A real treat. They break up some of the "stories" instead of putting them one day after another, but overall it's a great calendar.
