Have used these before on my 1993 Civic DX, and am now using them on my 2005 Accord LX. Sturdy wheel locks, have not shown any signs of wear or age. I much prefer this design to the McGard acorn-style wheel locks.

My only nitpick is that it seems like America's Tire Co/ Discount Tire Co is selling these as their standard wheel lock. Makes me feel like there are a lot of people out there with my same wheel key. Otherwise, I'm loving this set.

As a point of comparison, a set of (4) McGard-style locks typically run around $20. This whole set of (20) cost me a little over $30, and all my lug nuts look the same now.

I found these while searching for locking lugs. I've bought Gorilla brand locking lugs before and when I saw that it was a whole set I pulled the trigger. I really liked the thought of all the lugs being the same and not having 1 different from the others. When they showed up, the first thing I noticed is that they just come in a bag. That was different than the ones I've bought before. Next I took them out and started looking them over. The "key" fit the lug any way I turned it. Previous ones would only go one one way. They look like the locking lugs but the splines are regularly spaced. I'm happy with my purchase in that it adds a small bit of security as 1) it uses a key, 2) upon 1st glance it looks the same as the locking lugs potentially making a thief think twice and 3) the fact that there's 20 of them means it would take a thief much longer and more effort to get them off probably to the point they'd move on to an easier mark.

It does come with a sticker to be placed in the glove box with instructions on how to get a replacement key for the "wheel locks" (their words) from Gorilla and includes the key's number for ordering. Also comes with an envelope to send to get a 2nd key (which I though was a little expensive at about 1/2 the cost of the whole set with a key), but it is a nice to be included. I wrote the key # on the space provided on the envelope and then put the envelope with the papers for the car in the house.

Also you might want to check how long your lugs are. I used Amazon's "check to see if it fits", but these are about 1/2 inch longer that stock. I could have gove down to 1.25 inch lugs (haven't see 12mm x 1 inch locking lugs anywhere). Fortunately, the original lugs were a bit recessed. These are quite as recessed as the original.

They went on smoothly, and look great on the vehicle. Overall I'm pleased. Wish there was 2 keys in the pack. And wish the splines weren't regularly spaced. I think that should be stated clearly in the item title or description. I could see where some would have a problem with this as they show up when searching for wheel locks. Either one of those, and I could have given it 5 stars...

I purchased two sets of these at the same time for two of my cars because I had purchased the same brand lugs about 8 years ago with no problems.. The initial install went great but the first time I took the wheels off to polish them, several of the lug nuts felt tight all the way off. It seems as if the threads stretched or something? Either way I have 4 of the 20 lug nuts that I'm afraid to put back on it. No its not the stud either because I can put the others back on with no issue. The concern I have is the fact that if I wouldn't have had my old set I'd be completely out of luck and I can't find anywhere to request 4 new ones on this page. I hope this helps and maybe someone will read this and help me out.

This product is very good

Gorilla lugs are a high-quality after-market option for custom wheel designs requiring a small-diameter lug for better wheel clearance without scarring the finish. These do an excellent job all-around.

Ordered a set of these to put on my 1983 Monte Carlo with stock SS rims and they went on easily and hold nicely. I'd give the lugs 5 stars. Only thing is I don't know how long the key will last. Felt like it was going to strip or break when tightening the lugs. I will order one or two spare keys just incase.

These Gorilla lug nuts are very good quality, both in material and in chrome paint. I'm sure after having them for a while the paint will start to chip off, but as of now they don't seem to scratch or be affected by taking them off or tightening them. The lug key is also excellent quality. They look awesome on my car and fit perfectly. I only needed 16 of them, so I wish there was a smaller pack, but for the price it was worth it and I guess now I have 4 extra just in case. My only concern, not with these specific lug nuts but all aftermarket tuner lugs, is that any key from any company seem to be the same. I had another key from a different set and it was exactly the same, so there isn't that much protection and I might consider a set of 4 lug nut locks in the future. If I do, I will not hesitate to purchase from Gorilla, they are exactly what you need for a fraction of the cost.

I got a super discount on a set that somone had returned, I tried to install them but they just Kept turning and turning, I couldnt get them to tighten up, the fine threads are easy to strip if over tighten or cross threading will occur.
