Gorilla Glue 6100101 Tape Handy Roll

I'm not a big fan of Gorilla Glue but decided to give this tape a try. It's thicker and narrower than conventional duct tape and doesn't come in the traditional silver.

It's narrow width works well in some situations, and makes it easier to cut with scissors than the wider tape. I've used it to repair a cell phone case, and it's held up for months. The Gorilla tape worked great to bond foam padding to a piece of carpet after an adhesive failed me.

This is a good strong tape, and one that eventually will be exactly what the doctor ordered. Keep a roll on hand.

This tape is very sticky. It has worked better than duct tape for me in most instances. The handy roll is great for hiking or camping. I always toss a roll in my backpack. Believe it or not my hiking buddies and I use it like moleskin. If we feel a blister developing we tape the area. It doesn't have the same tendency to roll up as moleskin so it stays on longer. It's pretty easy to forget it's even there. Also used it to patch a hole in my tent and it held well even given the moisture. I'll bet I could set a broken leg with it in a pinch. I'll keep you updated.

Buying my second roll of the stuff though I'm only half way through my first. Been a fan of it since I picked my first full sized roll from the auto parts store. Great stuff.

great tape, and a great size for packs and the car. problem is it's less than $3 at Home Depot. way too expensive here. pick it up on your next trip.

I bought Gorilla Tape thinking this might be better than duct tape. Boy! Was that wrong! This tape won't stick to most of the things I've tried. bubble wrap, carpet, foam carpet padding, fiberglass, ceramic tile. It stuck to none of these. About the only thing it will stick to is wood. Then it sticks so well that you'll never get it off without solvent (Goof Off).

I regularly use Gorilla Glue on wood projects with great results so I thought I would give this a try. It's twice the price of silver duct tape. Boy! Was I disappointed. It costs twice as much and isn't half as versatile as even the cheapest duct tape. I'm going back to the cheap stuff.

Don't waste your money.
