Ben Elton is one of Britain's best-known stand-up comedians. He writes his own material and is also a successful television writer whose credits include The Young Ones and Black Adder. He hosted the TV series Saturday Night Live and has written a number of bestselling novels, most recently, Dead Famous. He has two West End musicals to his name - The Beautiful Game and We Will Rock You. He lives in London.
