This is a really cute lamp for this room! The spinning blocks have the same design as in the crib set and add a nice touch when you spin them to show different colors. The only thing I would change is the switch to turn the light on. Instead of being at the top of lamp post, the switch is on the cord. If you set the lamp on a table or changing tower, then the cord is behind the furniture. Overall, this is not a big deal and would not change my mind about buying the lamp. I just reach around and pull the cord out. Small price to pay for such a pretty lamp!

This is so cute I couldn't resist it. It looks very cute in our daughters room and it lights up very nicely. I only wish it would have come with the lamp shade, I have not purchased the lamp shade yet but I put a very nice white lamp shade on it. I love the whole gossimar wings collection.

although I wish the switch was on the base instead of on the cord. The cord is behind the table and I have to pull it up to turn it on. Sometimes annoying if you have a baby in your arms. I wish they would change the design and put the switch on the base. I need to buy another (one for each of my 13-month twins) but am holding out since they probably won't get territorial for another year.
We put a 15-watt bulb in and use the lamp as a nite lite!
I gave it a 4 becuase of the switch location. But may not be an issue for others.

This was for my granddaughter bedroom. Colors are exactly what you see online, it is a very nice lamp.

The lamp ties in the whole gossamer wings theme. The only thing that bothers me a little is the location of the switch as mentioned in the other reviews. Which is really not that big a deal. Looks so cute in the nursery. A must have for the collection!!!
