This may not be as "Raw" as Debbies first 2 albums ,but, I think it's obviuos that it wasn't ment to be. She also has Tab Benoit & Coco Montoya as guests (if you don't know about these guys you're missing out). If you're already a Debbie fan don't pass on this one .

Debbie cranks out another solid recording. Maybe not five stars, but well worth a listen.

She may have great abilities at playing a guitar (as she proved being Albert Collins' backup), but as a vocalist, Debbie would be best to go into country music. A blues singer she isn't, and this album shows it. Had "Howling at the Moon" been released as a country song, it would have hit it big. The rest of this album is terrible. Another white female that tries to do the blues....and can't. Janis Joplin, Bonnie Raitt, and Joan Osborne are the only ones to have succeeded so far. Try one of their albums!
