great tracks by a new artist!, June 27, 2005

first time ive heard of this brit artist, but theres some real good stuff on here, no bad songs, especially the title track 'gotta get up' and 'easy lovin', which is a real heavy song with male and female vocals, strong guitar and keyboard. The drumming especially on strike while the irons hot is ace.

This album is full of well-crafted melodic songs, with thoughtful lyrics and great musicianship. Highly recommended.
