Awful, December 7, 2009
This review is from: Gotta Minute? Sell Your Screenplay: You Guide to the Independent Film and Television Producers (Paperback)
The author is dumb. Imagine making an appointment with two strangers and when
one tells you that he shall give you a $50,000 cheque, after the week-end, you believe
him. This occurs after the author had spent a day with these clowns, yet had not received
any payment in advance for her time. She had expected that others would tell her what to do.
If you want blind faith, this is an example of that type of method, or lack of method. Madoff
was familiar with this blind faith mentality.
When you are good at what you do, you know it and you are able to avoid the con men by the
conditions that you set in advance. Con men are easy to eliminate if you have sound judgment.
A conscious person will think that the events conveyed by this author are strange.
Basic intelligence is lacking here.
If you have some ability in your own mind, go onto another book such as, How to sell your screen play,
Wilen & Wilen, a much better choice.
Another point, all the legal stuff is ridiculous. Million dollar deals are made with one piece of
paper. The cashier's cheque.
