I listened to The Gouda as a child and loved it. Now I have it for my own kids and they think it's great. It's just as interesting as I remember, and Jay's style of storytelling is so engaging for kids of all ages. I would recommend this for long car rides or just listening at home during quiet time. It's so much fun to be able to listen to it again.

Jay O'Callahan is a great storyteller, and this is one amazing story. My kids began listening to this at about 11 or 12 years old, and it became a family treasure. We listened to it on every long car trip and brought it on every camping trip. It is a story that just gets more and more amazing as it goes along. It's a bit creepy and scary. My kids are now 18 and 21, and guess what? They still want to hear it now and again.Fun! |
