This book has plenty of colored photographs and geared toward gourd crafters that normally buy gourds from growers. Much of the book is about repairing broken stems and scratches. It's NOT a craft book and doesn't have a step by step direction on craft projects. I am a gardener and I want to use my own gourds. I would like a book that has instructions on how to keep gourds in your trellis or ground healthy enough so they can dry properly and that I may be able to do some projects with them.
