Wisconsin Gourmet Chicken Patties by Hillsboro Meats are delicious all-natural, all-meat chicken patties, handcrafted from the breast and thigh meat of Wisconsin Country chickens. The patties are perfect for you next family dinner or party.. The chicken patties are individually frozed in five 1 pound packages. (Four patties equal a pound.) The birds are all old heritage breeds crossed to give a finished bird with a distinctive succulent taste and excellent texture. They are raised outdoors, have the run of 6 acres of pasture and are lower in fat, and higher in Omega 3 fatty acids than birds raised in confinement. No antibiotics, hormones, or additives, ever! Remember, if you eat, you are involved in agriculture, and if you eat Hillsboro Meats Wisconsin Country Chicken you are enjoying gourmet food raised the old-fashioned way.
