I love this cookbook, as stated above. It has EXCELLENT recipes for hard to 'make taste good' fish. My only wish is that the illustrations were better and in color. Very informative!

I have lots of cookbooks, but this one is a great addition if you're planning a fishing trip or just planning to eat more fish. Simple recipes, but very tasty. This book earned us the "gourmet" tag in our fishing camp.
