Product Description

Second largest unbroken pieces of crab meat available from the Red Swimming Crab. Our Gourmet crab meat is a step up from our Deluxe line. Although both come from the same species of crab, the Gourmet line is cooked within minutes of harvest on-board the fishing vessels. This more complex process enhances the flavor and texture profile of the meat while keeping the price at a value level. Unlike other brands, we steam cook the crabs to capture the best texture.
