Micro marshmallows are fun to eat right out the bag and are also the perfect size for topping a mug of your favorite hot beverage. The small size of these marshmallows makes them perfect for melting down and adding to a sweet potato casserole for an extra special holiday dish. You can also try adding them to a bowl of fresh made pudding for a fun summer treat.
Keep these away from kids below 3-4 years of age unless they are right there melting in their hot cocoa, because these are very, very small marshmallows. I've never seen them in the grocery store, presuming that only the big companies can buy them to put in their cans of cocoa + marshmallows. We mere humans weren't allowed them.
Kids shouldn't be allowed to snack on these because I feel they can get the wonderful little things caught in their windpipes, but sitting down and having them with their morning hot chocolate would be fine. And they taste better than the micro-marshmallows that come in the envelopes of instant cocoa.
