This flatware is sturdy, streamlined and pleasant to hold. I also like the look of their treble clef design but it rusted easily. This one does not, it holds up fine in the dishwasher. Always get compliments on it at parties.

This silverware is nice, very heavy weight, handcrafted and EXPENSIVE. But it rusted the first time I didn't wash and dry it IMMEDIATELY after use. I will be returning this for something else most likely.

I have been using this flatware for a year and a half and still love it as much as I did when I got it. It has a great feel in your hand and is really pretty. If I had to make the choice again, I would choose this set.

I've used this flatware for 6 years and I'm completely happy with it. When a few pieces of my original set went missing, I was worried that the pattern might be retired and I would have to switch. I was really happy to find that exotique is still being sold, so I bought a few extra settings to keep around in case we have company. If you like heavy, high quality flatware, you should consider this set.

I have been searching for this Flatware Set ever since I had a roommate who had them. I ADORE THEM! They are super heavy weight stainless steel and oversized, which is exactly what I was looking for. I love the unique long stems of the pieces and I think the look worth a lot more than what i paid for them!

I love them! They are exactly what I wanted and they don't rust, they are great in the dishwasher and beautiful.

I recently purchased this stainless flatware set. It is very heavy and has a contemporary look. I love it!

I've had the Exotique design for about a year. Didn't start using it until 6 months ago. No rusting evident....even when left overnite in water. Wash and wear without any signs of usage. Good hefty weight, generous proportions. Ordering a second set as we speak. Thanks GS...great product!

I've been looking for some reasonably priced flatware for several months now and finally found a set that I'm very happy with. About 6 months ago I started a new job and moved into a new apartment, I'm trying to "class this place up" and replace some of my old college cheap-o housewares.

I do really enjoy cooking, and eating!, so I wanted to get a new set of flatware. I ordered this service for 4 just to try out and am pleasantly surprised. I would have never thought to order something so personal online without actually seeing and holding the serviceware.

However, the balance and weight on these are very good. They are a bit oversized, however I like them that way. They do have character and the mixture of brushed metal with shiny is just what I've been looking for.

So far, I've had these in the dishwasher at least 7 or 8 times and have yet to have one tarnish, rust, etc. They all look as good as new. I'm going to place an order for another set of 4 now that I've sufficiently tested them.

Gourmet's exotique flatware has a wonderful organic shape reminiscent of Elsa Peretti jewelry. The size and weight of each piece is substantial. This is not flatware for the kids. Although the size is large, they arent overly large and the pieces are weighted well and comfortable to use. I previously bought Gourmet Settings Treble Clef flatware set. I loved the look of the flatware, but the size was too large for my (female) hands. My brother found them a perfect fit - and so another purchase was successfully "gifted" instead of returned, This set (exotique) was just fine for the whole family.
Gourmt Settings makes a superior product. Will buy more of their products in the future and am planning to buy additions for the exotique set for summer entertaining
