Nice and heavy and has undergone a zillion dishwasher cycles and continues to be nice and shiny. I love the style though I know it's not for everyone. You can't beat this stuff for the price. It looks just as good, if not better then the stainless at the higher end stores likes Williams Sonoma. If you're looking for good quality stainless, than this is something worth checking out.

Years ago I had bought the Gibson pattern just like this for my flat ware, It was discontinued and I recently found the flat ware by another Mfg. and purchased it to complete my set, (almost a perfect match. Then I found these serving pieces and was thrilled. It is a unusual pattern and always gets lots of compliments. I am very pleased with my purchase. Just the right weight and looks beautiful with any casual ware or even China. I would recommend.

I received the service set with 2 complete sets of silverwear. They were all to match. The silverwear was what I orderd but the service set was a different style. I didn't complain at the time so they could make it right, so that's why I gave 4 stars.
