We got the Girl Gourmet Sweets Candy maker for Christmas and the Girl Gourment Cupcake maker. The cupcake was dry, the frosting ran all over the cupcake. The runny frosting left the little machine a pain for me to clean. Maybe someone else has had better luck with the cupcakes.
Anyway, the Sweet Candy maker, the candy is great, tastes very good, easy to make. My daughter enjoyed us all arguing about who got some candy out of her next batch and the demand for sprinkles per each person. You can make tons of candy at a time, not just one like the cupcake. All of the candy was very good, daughter played with it for hours and days, now we need the refill.

My nieces enjoyed this toy. I don't know much of the educational value to it, but it definitly brings out an artistic side to them.
