These tamales are nothing short of deeply satisfying. Add nothing to them, and they are filling; add them as a side dish, and they add harmony to the meal.
They are sadly small for the price. For $60, one might reasonably expect more volume, mass, whatever; but they are worth the inaugural sampling.
