The author of this book really has made all these vinegars and the recipes for the dishes she includes. Everything I have made is delicious and easy.

Gourmet vinegars book
Not what I expected. The portion about making was very skimpy. I would have liked more detail for making vinegar and fewer recipes that use already prepared mixes. The recipes seem pretty mediocre.
