We haven't opened the jar yet, but the label gives more information than the company's web site does. Water is listed as the first ingredient, then "smoked herring 40%," followed by cuttlefish, salt, potato starch, and other ingredients. It would be useful if the online descriptions were at least as clear as the labels.
