Sausage is good, little bit too salty. Package was excellent but too expensive and overkill for dry salami (if it true dry salami). It can survive without cooling for week or so.

I love Hungarian Salami; there are many copies, but the original is always superior. Well, in this case it is not a copy it is a Hungarian Salami made in the USA by a Hungarian family. In the USA the availability of excellent ingredients is the maximum, and that is the case for the ingredients used by Bende. But not all depends on ingredients, the original recipy is important, and for myself the selection of aromas through spices. And in all these respects the Teli Salami is almost perfect. I deducted one star because I prefer softer versions, the one I received was a little bit hard. But that is my problem.
