A basic introductory text that (for me) has too many overlapping topics strewn through different chapters. It could use better editing to re-organize the materials. Also, many of the photos are distracting, unnecessary and add nothing to the text. To me this is more of a high school than a college text.

I needed the book quick and amazon did that. The book had no wears and tears. Look more than decent and the condition it was in on amazon said good but it was more than good more like "like new" and i will always come to amazon for all my textbook needs. Thanks

I am a college student. And like most college students I tend to look for the best possible deal when it comes to textbooks. I saw this ad and thought it was a really good offer for a used book. $10 for a book in good condition with minor wear but no writing or highlighting in the book. I even decided to pay for express shipping to ensure the book arrived as fast as possible. Since the day I ordered the book to now, I have not recieved a confirmation of any kind of shipment. Nothing for me to track. Except, of course, my credit card bill. After numerous emails, I have yet to get a response. I would advise anyone else who is thinking of purchasing a book or anything from this seller to seriously look elsewhere. Dont get con'd like I did.

This book was in great condition when I received it. It has alot of current government events especially with Barack Obama.

I received my book on the same day I had a lecture.It was in good quality and I would certainly purchase from this seller again.
