Expect to spend a reasonable amount to secure the property you want, but if you are prudent with the information, you can also receive considerable savings on future purchases.
You may have seen similar guides advertised across the net for exorbitant fees, but since this is information that you could actually get for free if you researched enough I am charging a nominal fee in exchange for my time. I think it is ridiculous that many people charge over $100.00 for this information.
