Okay, government and not for profit accounting is one of the most confusing things I have ever seen or read about. I now know where my tax dollars are going. There are too many steps that the government takes just for even simple journal entries. This accounting is too confusing as well as cost accounting.

Got the book in record time and even tho it was used it waslike new. If the shipper had provided shipping tracking info at the time it shipped it would have been a perfect transaction. As it was, I was left to wonder; "I wonder if they really shipped it when they said, or did they just think about it!"
