The item arrived in less than 48 hours after the order. A brand new book as shown and described. Excellent choice.

Okay, government and not for profit accounting is one of the most confusing things I have ever seen or read about. I now know where my tax dollars are going. There are too many steps that the government takes just for even simple journal entries. This accounting is too confusing as well as cost accounting.

Got the book in record time and even tho it was used it was
like new. If the shipper had provided shipping tracking info
at the time it shipped it would have been a perfect transaction.
As it was, I was left to wonder; "I wonder if they really shipped
it when they said, or did they just think about it!"

The product serves the need for which I purchased it. My only problem, and while it was my mistake I feel the seller could have assisted me in recognizing the error ahead of time, is that the edition was 3 editions out of date.

I got the brandnew book as it described very fast.like the book and the sellor's service.

I had great service. I ordered the book used and received a brand new one. The shipping didn't take as long as I expected.

I am very please with the text and the timely fashion it takes for the book to arrive.

I was so surprised when I got the book. It looked brand new, no marks, no folds... looked like it came from the bookstore. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
