I ordered Gq British edition as a gift for a friend last May. It was supposed to arrive by August but never did. I called the phone # on the credit card statement & they said they would check it out & let me know. I never was contacted, so I emailed Amazon & they replied right away and said the publisher had never processed the order. In the meantime, the friend was moving, so I decided to cancel the order. Amazon refunded the money fairly quickly. The problem was with the publisher, not Amazon.
